天机国际周易研究会成立于1998年4月，研究会位于北京朝阳区。协会成立10年以来，

一直致力于周易理论研究，多次组织全国各地周易大师赴京研讨交流，并编辑成册，力求用中

国几千年的周易传统理论服务于当代和谐社会的构建。2008年与中国电力书画家协会合作

力求资源互补、合作共赢。

中国电力书画家协会计划建设六个主题特色创作基地，包括：京承皇家园林创作基地、白

山黑水东北创作基地、雪域高原青藏创作基地、天涯海角海南创作基地、江南园林江浙创作基

地、巴蜀风光四川重庆创作基地。目前已在承德骷髅山成立创作基地，该基地也是中国美术家

协会的创作基地之一。

天际国际在廊坊图书馆设立了分会，两个机构的合作，能够更加有效的整合资源，更好的传
